This consultation is ideal for prevention as well as understanding repetitive and chronic health conditions and finding truly personalised guidance to optimal health and wellbeing.

Follow-up consultation is aimed to adjust and refine already given roadmap. The standard follow-up is 40 minutes but can be finetuned to meet individual needs.
